NFL SUNDAY TICKET PICK ‘EMS WEEKLY POOL – weekly and cumulative PRIZES!
Who is eligible? EVERYBODY! Both patients and non-patients can participate (see prize information below). To enter your picks, print and complete the PICK EM form. Entries are NOT valid unless you hand deliver the pick ‘em form to our store.
Pick ‘Em Rules:
- Each patient circles the teams that they pick to win for each game played that week
- Guess the total points of the Monday Night Football game of both teams combined and fill-in under “Tie Breaker.” In case of a tie, the patient closest to the total from Monday Night Football will win the weeks prize.
- BONUS PRIZE: Circle a team in the box below. If your team scores the most points out of all teams in that week, you will WIN the bonus prize!
Prizes for MMJ Patients with proper ID and red card:
- Most wins (weekly) – FREE 1/8th OZ of any strain
- Highest total winning % for the Entire Season – 1 FREE OZ of Grade A Cannabis
Prizes for non-MMJ patients:
- Most wins (weekly) – $35 coupon from a participating doctor’s office towards their MMJ license.
- Highest total winning % for the Entire Season – Coupon from a participating doctor’s office for a free medical evaluation.
